Terms
These terms apply when an organisation creates an account, tries or subscribes to SiteClue. If you have a separate contract with us, that contract takes precedence over these terms.
The service
SiteClue gives the website recommendations, quick links, search suggestions, common questions and questions about the page, with administration, statistics and an API. What is included depends on the plan and is shown in the price list on siteclue.ai. Recommendations, quick links, search suggestions and basic statistics are included in every plan. The service runs in our own hosting in the EU.
Account
The person creating the account must be entitled to act for the organisation. Every user has a personal account with two-factor authentication. You are responsible for who has access to your account.
Trial
A new account gets a free trial of 14 days from when the account is activated with the link in the email. No card is needed and nothing is charged. During the trial everything in the Pro plan is included, for one website with up to 1,000 pages. An organisation can have one trial.
When the trial ends the service is no longer shown on the website, but the administration and your settings remain. If you choose no plan, the account is deleted with all its data 30 days after the trial ended. If you choose a plan, during or after the trial, we read the rest of the website.
Subscription and payment
You choose a plan and whether to pay monthly or for a full year. The subscription runs one month or one year at a time, as you choose, and renews until it is cancelled. There is no commitment beyond the period you have paid for. Prices exclude VAT. Payment is in advance by card or invoice through Stripe.
Several websites and intranets are quoted separately. You can change plan under Manage subscription. If you move down a plan nothing is deleted: what the new plan does not include stops being shown and comes back if you move up again.
Cancellation
You can cancel the subscription at any time under Manage subscription in the administration. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Your data
You own your content and statistics and can export them at any time, in every plan. A data processing agreement is included. After the contract ends your data is deleted as the data processing agreement sets out.
Operations and changes
We monitor the service around the clock and publish its status on a public status page. If the service does not respond, your fallback links are shown and the website works as usual. Material changes to these terms are announced well before they apply.
